The queue
Paste new followers here — one per line, name or @handle or name, @handle. They line up so you never open the app wondering who's next.

Follow up
Sent 4+ days ago, no reply. Once only, text not video — then stop.
When someone's due, their line shows up here with their name already in it.
The rules
Everything that decides whether this works or gets your account limited.
How many, and to whom
| Question | Answer |
|---|---|
| Who | Your own followers only. They followed you — that's an existing signal, and it's what keeps you out of the spam bucket. |
| How many a day | 15. Ramp there: 5/day for 3-4 days, then 8-10, then 15. |
| Spacing | 15-30 min apart. Max 2-3 in an hour. Never a burst. |
| Best window | Spread across the day, not one sitting. The app holds you to it. |
The framework
Their name is the first thing out of your mouth and one of the last. It's the only proof this isn't a blast. Everything else in the script is replaceable — this isn't.
They followed you. Thank them for that specific thing. It gives you a reason to be in their DMs that isn't "I want something."
"Straight up though —" is what turns the club mention from a pitch into a disclosure. Without it you're selling. With it you're just being upfront about who you are.
No link, no price, no "check it out." Name what it does and stop. Curious people have to reply to find out more — the mention creates the reply instead of killing it.
Never a call, a click, or a follow-back. Nothing they have to say no to.
Aim 30. A long timestamp stops them pressing play at all.
Recording
Not at your own face on the screen. Everyone gets this wrong and it reads as shifty.
Flub the name — restart. Flub anything else — keep it. The small stumble is the proof it's live.
If it looks produced, it reads as an ad and their guard goes up. Car, desk, walking — wherever you actually are.
Record fresh every time. Identical files are the fastest way to get flagged, and a batch of recordings with the name bolted on sounds dead anyway.
Follow-up
48-72 hours later, text only, same thread. No second video. Pushing past one follow-up is what earns spam reports.
Warning signs — stop for 24-48h if you see these
Messages hanging on "Sending…", a surprise logout asking you to verify by SMS or email, "Try again later", or an Action Blocked popup. Stop that day and come back at a lower number.
Reading your numbers
| Metric | What it means |
|---|---|
| Reply rate 25-40% | Healthy. Keep going, change nothing. |
| 15-25% | Works, but the script or the energy needs a pass. |
| Under 10% | Broken. Change the script, not the volume. |
| Before 100 sends | Means nothing. Don't react to week one. |
| 1-3 joins per 100 | Realistic. This is the number that actually matters. |
What kills it
Over-produced video · going past 40 seconds · a generic compliment that could apply to anyone · a CTA that takes effort to answer · and pitching in the first message without the honest line in front of it.
